Materials:

• Disposable icing bags (2 for each cone)
• Ribbon
• Rubber band
• Miniature Marshmallows
• Miniature Chocolote Morsels
• Candy Cane Peppermint Sprinkles

Instructions:

	Turn a cuff down on a disposable icing bag and slip it into an empty cup or glass for support.  Have your special helper fill the cone approximately 2/3 full with hot cocoa mix.  Lift the bag from the cup and twist.  Secure with a rubberband and trim away excess bag.
	Slip filled bag into second icing bag.  Top with minature marshmallows, miniature chocolate morsels and Candy Cane Peppermint Sprinkles being certain to leave enough headspace to close and tie it off.
	Twist and secure with rubber band.  Tie with a pretty ribbon and you have a lovely and useful gift!Attach a gift tag that reads, spoon 3 heaping TBS into a mug with 6 ounces of hot water.  Add marshmallows and sprinkles and enjoy!  You can even attach a candy cane stirrer to the cones for more fun!
